1. Publish or unpublish the website via the Dashboard.

You can publish and unpublish your website at any time. Only published websites are accessible to the public.

2. Modify the event website’s URL path.

You may modify the URL path of your event website. Lite events are limited to the default domain of the platform; the use of custom domains is not permitted.

If you want to customise the domain, please speak to your Project Manager so that you can be given instructions on what DNS records you would need to create within your domain registrar.

3. Modify the selected website template.

There are two website templates you can choose from when activating the website product: Basic Website Template and Virtual/Hybrid Event Website Template. To modify your chosen template, click on Edit mode. You have the option to add new modules within the template by clicking on Add page module above/below. This will give you access to more than 100 modules. Click on Ready Designs to see major groupings.

4. Define the website topbar or navigation menu.

If you wish to add, edit or remove topbar items, you may do that within this section.

5. Configure basic website colours and branding.

In this section, you may adjust basic colours and some branding elements that are being utilised within the website. The options here are self-explanatory.
