Free Trials: You may "Chat" with us straight from the platform if there is an online agent. A support person will also contact you 48 hours after you have started your trial to assist you with any questions.

Lite and Lite+ Subscribers: All our customers are entitled to use the Help Center. To read instructions on how to use our help desk, click here.

Two hours of onboarding with a Project Manager is included with Lite+. This will be scheduled via email.
