Attendee page in the Digital Venue

🚨 Problem

Currently, the 'Attendees' section of the Digital Venue is a floating panel accessed from the right-hand side menu:

Technically, the left-hand side menu is meant for general event information, and the opposite to the right is meant to show attendee-specific information (messages, meetings, etc.).

Following this logic, the attendee list should be treated as event information. It should be in the left-hand side menu.

Also, the current design is not very conducive to networking because there is no section in full screen where you can see the list of attendees.

😊 Solution

Remove the attendee section from the right-hand side menu and move it to the left-hand side menu.

Now, instead of being a floating section, the attendee list can now be visualised on a full screen:

When you click on an attendee, you can see their profile information:

Scheduled emails

🚨 Problem

When you send a non-automatic email to the attendee list, you have to edit it and send it in one go.

There is no option to edit the email and schedule it to be sent.

This is a very important limitation when it comes to managing communications, because it forces you to prepare the email and send it right away. You can't prepare it in advance or schedule it for another day.

😊 Solution

We have created a new tab called 'Scheduled emails'. From here, you can set up a scheduled email to be sent to the attendee list of your event.
