Previously, the current session information was displayed on the streaming page only at the moment of access. However, it was not updated when a session started or ended.
With this update, the session information will now be automatically refreshed when a session begins or concludes. This ensures that the streaming page always shows the current session information.
We have introduced a new feature called ‘Limit uses per code,’ which allows you to configure the maximum number of times each discount code can be used.
For example, if you have discount codes DESC1, DESC2, and DESC3 with a limit of 5 uses, each of these codes can be used only up to 5 times.
This feature is particularly useful for customers who manage a large number of promotional codes. It enables you to create a single discount with multiple unique codes, rather than creating numerous "identical" discounts each with a single code.
Previously, when the meeting spaces feature was activated in the new meeting system, selecting a space was always optional. In other words, attendees could create a meeting without selecting any space.
This might be acceptable for some events but not for others.
For face-to-face events, our clients often want attendees to be required to select a meeting space. Therefore, we have introduced a new configuration option in the back office:
When this option is active, attendees are required to select a meeting space when creating or editing a meeting.
James Clear, in his famous book Atomic Habits, says that small changes produce extraordinary results.
. That's exactly what we've done in the Digital Venue.
We reviewed the entire design system and introduced small changes that, together, greatly improve the interface.
Or at least, that’s what we think. :)
We have created a new page in the Digital Venue where you can view the entire list of speakers:
When you click on one, you can view all their information:
And of course, the navigation between sessions and speakers is connected.
From a speaker's profile, you can click on a session to access its information page. Similarly, from a session page, you can click on a speaker to view their profile.
