This release is not ridden with much news.

In the last few weeks we have mainly dedicated our time to doing technical improvements and bug fixes.

While this work may be less impactful, the truth of the matter is that it is just as important as producing new features. We need to make sure that our platform is always at its best!

Display times in AM/PM format on the Digital Venue (Beta)

It is now possible to display the hours in AM/PM format on the Digital Venue.

This feature is in beta mode. If you need to use it at an event, please contact your Project Manager.

Using the new meeting system from the Event App (Beta)

The new meeting system was conceptualised as an adjunct for virtual events.

With the development of meeting spaces and the possibility of generating meetings without a video call, the system is much more compatible with physical events. However, we still lacked another important feature: being able to manage meetings from the Event App.

And that's what we've done now.

We have created a new module to easily use the new meeting system through the Event App:

This feature is also in beta mode. If you need it at an event, please contact your Project Manager.

In addition, an update to your App is required.

Technical improvements

Our last few weeks of work were very intensive with our main focus on making technical improvements.

In short, and without using jargon that is difficult to understand, this is what we have achieved during this time:

  • The server infrastructure is more efficient.

  • We support peak loads better, reducing the likelihood of minor interruptions when the load is high.

  • We are better protected against denial of service (DDoS) attacks.

‘Bug smash’

From time to time, it's good to take the time to address small bugs or inconsistencies that have been on our radar for some time.

And that is exactly what we have done in recent weeks. Hoorah!
